Our Approach
How It Works
Free consults: we offer free 15mins phone consults for all our new patients who are interested in loosing weight.
Initial Visit: After the phone consultation, if a patient is deemed a candidate for the medical weight loss program, we will schedule an office visit to go over your medical records, family and medical history, current medications, your symptoms, review intake form etc.
We will order labs after the initial office visit. All programs include an initial office visit plus lab work up.
If you have a recent lab (within the past 2 months) from your primary doctor, we can use this. If not we will schedule a lab appointment at our partner lab. You may be able to use your insurance for the labs.
Fee for the Initial Office visit is $99.

What is included in the cost?

Do you take insurance?
You may use your health insurance for lab work at an outside facility. We also offer in clinic lab draws at a reduced rate, which is the most economical route. Most insurances don’t cover weight loss medications but we are happy to provide an invoice for reimbursement if your insurance does
Do you take FHA/HSA?
Yes, you can. Medical weight loss treatments can be paid with for with your pre-tax accounts

Do you treat minors?
The medication has been successfully used on different age groups, however the minimum age requirement for our program is 18years
